Ryan T. Horan PMP, CSM, SSM.

As the Director of Global Alliant's Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), Ryan is accountable for the oversight of our organizations’ project portfolio including project initiative selection, prioritization, and governance to align with Global Alliant's strategic roadmap. This includes brokering and aligning people, process, and tools necessary to successfully deliver initiatives on-time, on-budget, and on-value by applying the use of project management methodologies and processes to effectively manage the project delivery lifecycle.

Ryan is an accomplished award winning Information Technology leader with over 15 years of experience in various environments. Directly responsible for leading and directing multiple teams and projects on Federal, State, and Local programs including but not limited to City of Baltimore, State Highway Administration, Motor Vehicle Administration, Department of Human Services, Department of Health, amongst various Federal agencies. His leadership has ultimately led to the direct successful completion of programs ranging from $200,000 to $20,000,000 in revenue, on time and under budget.

Mr. Horan is a certified PMI, Project Management Professional , Certified Scrum Master, and Scaled Agile Framework professional. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from Salisbury University with a minor in Psychology.
