Dr. Rajan Natarajan, President & CEO of Global Alliant, is named SBA 2022 Small Business Person of the Year.

The SBA Baltimore District Office recognized Dr. Rajan Natarajan, President & CEO of Global Alliant as the SBA 2022 Small Business Person of the Year. Every year, the SBA office in Baltimore District recognizes top entrepreneurs and their companies that exhibit: strong growth in revenue, # of employees, overcoming adversity, and contributions made to the communities they work and serve. Stephen D. Umberger, the District Director of SBA Baltimore, states that “Dr. Natarajan embodies the entrepreneurial spirit; he has quickly grown his information technology consulting & software development company, to now employ over 100 in just three years…He represents the very best of what small business has to offer; strong leadership and innovation, attention to detail and community involvement. We are delighted to recognize Dr. Natarajan as our Small Business Person of the Year, and spotlight the importance of entrepreneurship across the state of Maryland.” Nominees from each of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam, will compete for the title of the National Small Business Person of the Year, SBA’s signature award.
