GSA 8(a) STARS III

June 15, 2021 – Global Alliant is pleased to announce that it has received the GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC award. STARS III is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract designed to provide federal agencies with cutting-edge IT services-based solutions from vetted 8(a) small, disadvantaged businesses, in support of meeting their contracting goals.

8(a) STARS III, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation GWAC builds upon the framework of 8(a) STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) requirements.

With a $50 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one three-year option, 8(a) STARS III provides opportunities for 8(a) small businesses to provide customized IT solutions.

FAA eFast

eFAST is the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks and the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards.

Maryland CATS+

Through Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.

The objective of this Master Contract, effective April 22, 2013 through April 21, 2028, is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Global Alliant received its Maryland CATS+ certification in 2019.

Maryland Statewide Agile Resources and Teams

This Statewide contract provides Agile resources, or teams, or a combination of both with the technical skills to support technology modernization activities and staffing service needs. These activities include both the maintenance and operations of infrastructure/platforms, applications, data repositories, reports, and dashboards using multiple agile teams while also maintaining recently developed technology as well as the design and implementation of new systems and features. IT services are also provided for IT-related management advisory, budgeting, compliance monitoring, organizational change management, agile project team management, and technical support management. This contract provides the State with the flexible means of obtaining Agile resources or teams quickly and efficiently through the issuance of work orders tailored to specific needs. The Work Orders can seek resources or can be product or scope of service deliverables based.

Montgomery County, Maryland LSBRP Consulting and Technical Services 3 (LCATS 3)

March, 2021 – Global Alliant is pleased to announce that it has won the Montgomery County, Maryland, LCATS 3 contract. This contract allows Global Alliant to provide its IT consulting and technical services for Montgomery County for 5 years.

The Department of Technology Services (DTS) utilizes this vehicle to procure IT consulting and technical services for Montgomery County under the County Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP). This enables the County Using Departments to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Global Alliant received its LCATS-3 contract in June 2021.
