September, 2020 - Global Alliant is pleased to announce that is has received its Small Business Administration 8(a) certification. This prestigious certification has a nine-year lifespan and allows participating companies to complete for
set-aside and sole-sourced Federal contracts.

Global Alliant is part of SBA 8(a) program, certified 08/13/2020. The SBA certifies firms that are approved for a period of nine years which provides small businesses fair advantage to compete with other mid and large established businesses. Under the program participants can receive sole source contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services.

GSA 8a STARS III

June 15, 2021 - Global Alliant is pleased to announce that it has received the GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC award. STARS III is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract designed to provide federal agencies with cutting edge IT services-based solutions from vetted 8(a) small, disadvantaged businesses, in support of meeting their contracting goals.

8(a) STARS III, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation GWAC builds upon the framework of 8(a) STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) requirements.

With a $50 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one three-year option, 8(a) STARS III provides opportunities for 8(a) small businesses to provide customized IT solutions.

Montgomery County, Maryland LSBRP Consulting and Technical Services 3 (LCATS 3)

March, 2021 - Global Alliant is pleased to announce that it has won the Montgomery County, Maryland, LCATS 3 contract. This contract allows Global Alliant to provide its IT consulting and technical services for Montgomery County for 5 years.

The Department of Technology Services (DTS) utilizes this vehicle to procure IT consulting and technical services for Montgomery County under the County Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP). This enables the County Using Departments to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner.Global Alliant received its LCATS-3 contract in June 2021.
