Global Alliant holds a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract under the IT Large Category (formerly IT Schedule 70), awarded in 2019. MAS gives federal, state, and local agencies streamlined access to Global Alliant's IT services and solutions at pre-negotiated, competitive prices.

GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC

Global Alliant has held the GSA 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) since 2021. With the option period now exercised, federal agencies can continue placing orders with Global Alliant through July 1, 2029. STARS III is a Best-in-Class, multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. It gives federal agencies access to innovative IT services-based solutions from vetted 8(a) small, disadvantaged businesses and helps them meet their small business contracting goals.

As a small business set-aside GWAC, 8(a) STARS III offers flexible access to customized IT solutions, including emerging technologies and requirements outside the continental United States (OCONUS). Agencies can award directed task orders to 8(a) firms up to the 8(a) competitive threshold, which cuts procurement lead time.

Maryland Statewide Agile Resources and Teams

This Statewide contract provides Agile resources, or teams, or a combination of both with the technical skills to support technology modernization activities and staffing service needs. These activities include both the maintenance and operations of infrastructure/platforms, applications, data repositories, reports, and dashboards using multiple agile teams while also maintaining recently developed technology as well as the design and implementation of new systems and features. IT services are also provided for IT-related management advisory, budgeting, compliance monitoring, organizational change management, agile project team management, and technical support management. This contract provides the State with the flexible means of obtaining Agile resources or teams quickly and efficiently through the issuance of work orders tailored to specific needs. The Work Orders can seek resources or can be product or scope of service deliverables based.
