GSA 8(a) STARS III
June 15, 2021 – Global Alliant is pleased to announce that it has received the GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC award. STARS III is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract designed to provide federal agencies with cutting-edge IT services-based solutions from vetted 8(a) small, disadvantaged businesses, in support of meeting their contracting goals.
8(a) STARS III, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation GWAC builds upon the framework of 8(a) STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) requirements.
With a $50 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one three-year option, 8(a) STARS III provides opportunities for 8(a) small businesses to provide customized IT solutions.

eFAST is the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks and the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards.
Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) – State of Maryland
Through Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.The objective of this Master Contract, effective April 22, 2013 through April 21, 2028, is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner.Global Alliant received its Maryland CATS+ certification in 2019.

Montgomery County, Maryland LSBRP Consulting and Technical Services 3 (LCATS 3)
March, 2021 – Global Alliant is pleased to announce that it has won the Montgomery County, Maryland, LCATS 3 contract. This contract allows Global Alliant to provide its IT consulting and technical services for Montgomery County for 5 years.
The Department of Technology Services (DTS) utilizes this vehicle to procure IT consulting and technical services for Montgomery County under the County Local Small Business Reserve Program (LSBRP). This enables the County Using Departments to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner.Global Alliant received its LCATS-3 contract in June 2021.
