These applications are built and enhanced using Agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, compliance, and user experience. We also implement AI  automation and RPA to streamline election workflows and improve operational efficiency across the board.

Modernizing Maryland’s Health Insurance Exchange Through Scalable, Intelligent Solutions

Global Alliant performs as the primary technology partner for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE), overseeing the full spectrum of IT operations for Maryland Health Connection—the state's official health insurance marketplace. Our responsibilities encompass the development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems that facilitate health insurance enrollment, eligibility verification, and plan management for Maryland residents.

We develop and maintain both the web and mobile platforms for Maryland Health Connection, delivering seamless, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.

Global Alliant Awarded Technology Staffing Provider Contract with Baltimore County Office of Information Technology

Global Alliant Awarded Vendor Status for MEEC IT Professional Consulting Services

Global Alliant is proud to announce our selection as an awarded vendor for the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC) IT Professional Consulting Services contract.

This strategic partnership positions Global Alliant to deliver comprehensive IT consulting services across MEEC’s diverse member base, including higher education institutions, K–20 partners, libraries, museums, and other education-related organizations across the state of Maryland. Through this contract, procured by the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) on behalf of MEEC, Global Alliant will provide a full suite of IT professional services on an as-needed basis. Our expertise spans the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical IT systems, with a particular emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms—including cloud-based and self-hosted solutions.
